Bluedella Welcome to the Red Heel!
 |
Posted 03-01-07 12:53 PM Hello Everywon!
I am new to posting on this message board, but have been a reader for some time.
Seeing as we now have proof of how very special we are, I thought I would take the liberty of starting this exclusive thread just for us blue monkeys!!
We can all sit around and talk about how great it feels to be so rare and important!

Posted 03-01-07 12:55 PM Hmmm... plastic bag from Sears suggests we're from the 70s, depending on the logo.
What about the older blue-grey monkeys like Silly Sally? Can they post here too?

Posted 03-01-07 12:57 PM Hello i am Bluedella's sister, BlueElla.
I am not big on all this elitest nonsense..
I just thought being blue meant we were freaks.
I don't mind being a freak
But I certainly don't think it makes us neccesarily better than other monkeys.

We wouldn't be the blue sock elite if we weren't so very rare...and then there is the issue of our fabulous colour!

Posted 03-01-07 01:30 PM Ahem...
We are made by the same factory as the brown socks...and if we are so great and special, then why do you think the factory quit making us?

Posted 03-01-07 01:34 PM I will ignore your snarky comments and the fact that you are neither blue nor a monkey...
I think it is because the dye used to color our socks was too rare, expensive and valuable.

Posted 03-01-07 02:45 PM Whatever....here is a pic of of an unopened bag o blue socks exactly like the one my sis and I came out of.

It is my reckoning that there must be thousands of us out there, as anything that is made and sold in a plastic bag at the Sears is usually sold in the thousands..if not millions

Posted 03-01-07 11:35 PM I think I am a great organiser!
I am thinking of going into real estate.
It's a really big business here where I live, you know.
Or
MAYBE I could start up a glossy magazine with articles on who's who and who isn't.

I am really good at tricking everyone in the house. I love love love to play a trick. Once I hid under the bed and scared the bed monkeys by making all kinds of spooky noises after the lights went out. A different time I hid in the tree and was tossing acorns down on Sally while she was gardening. She didn't know what was happening for so long. She kept looking around trying to figure it out. Once I tricked Beanie by taping the TV clicker to the table. HAHAHAHA She tried and tried to pick it up and it wouldn't budge. No one ever thinks that it is me doing all the tricks around here. It is fun.
