Samantha Brown

Samantha Brown is Li’l Dinah’s best pal, which means that she has endured many a punch on the arm in the game of Slug Bug.  She’s cool with it, though, because Samantha Brown LOVES games.  She belongs to a sub-monkatype of Comfort Monkey known as the Recess Monkey.  Give her a game and she’s more than proud and happy to play it.  She is eternally cheerful in the face of Dinah’s demanding tendency to browbeat, and her battle cry, “I’m gonna win”, is one of hopeful, eternal optimism, rather than, say, arrogance.  Considering how often she loses, we can only hope that Samantha Brown will be saying “I’m gonna win” forever.
